Domestic Shipping

In stock orders usually ship withing 2 business days. Made to order purchases usually ship within 4 to 6 weeks as each puzzle is cut just for you. Completion times for custom commissions will vary depending on the complexity and size of your puzzle. You will receive a shipping date estimate along with your completed quote. 

Local pickup is available for those in the Cedar Rapids area. If you opted for local pickup, you will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup. All other orders are shipped out of Marion, Iowa via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. The map below shows estimated shipping time to your location.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, I do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Returns

Returns are accepted on In Stock puzzles and Made to Order puzzles that have not been personalized. Returned items must be in new condition or additional restocking fees may apply. You will be responsible for return shipping. I am unable to accept returns on most custom commissions but will make every attempt to address any issues with your commission.
